Subject: OK [firstname], what are you going to do now?

Hey [firstname]!

We've talked about a lot over the past week or so, and I'm sure you'll agree it all makes sense.  What happens now, though, is a lot of people go: “Well, yeah, but...”

And then they do nothing!

They'll come up with a thousand and one excuses as to why they shouldn't take action now. I'm sure you've heard them: “I'll do it when we've come back from vacation”; or “I'll wait until after I've gotten the car fixed”; or (the most popular excuse) “I'm too busy right now.  I'll do it tomorrow.”

Well guess what?  Tomorrow never comes! 

This type of behavior is called “procrastination” and it can ruin your life.  There's a very good reason procrastination is called “the thief of time”.  If you wait until the time is “right” you'll never do anything. 

The best time to do something is always NOW!

Otherwise, that thing you wanted to do quickly becomes the thing you wished you'd done. 

Look at it this way… 

If you've worked your way back from where you want to be to where you are now, you'll know what you need to do!  

Draw up your plan. Meditation will help sharpen your subconscious and “upgrade” your thinking – helping you overcome the childhood conditioning that's holding you back and keeping your inner gearshift in Park instead of Drive.

Things won't always go smoothly, but as long as you keep focused on your goal, every failure will bring you closer to success by eliminating what doesn't work.
